The VK3220T-HS redefines the meaning of productivity on a 3.2 x 2 meter (126” x 80”) UV-LED flatbed. With up to three Rows of printheads, print speeds can reach over 3,800 square feet per hour.
Utilizing 4 picoliter drop size Kyocera printheads and a high-speed magnetic drive, there’s no compromise on speed to achieve remarkable quality. With the ability to add channels for additional speed or application potential after installation, the VK3220T-HS can grow alongside business possibilities.

The Vanguard Digital VK3220T-HS is the pinnacle of the evolution of the Vanguard Digital printing solutions. With a larger bed size and up to three rows of printheads, the VK3220T-HS redefines production potential for Print Service Providers.
The VK3220T-HS comes combines Kyocera KJ4A printheads that deliver print dots as small as 4pl, along with an electromagnetic drive ensuring tight dot placement for remarkable print quality and remarkable speeds. With up to three rows of printheads, productivity potential is redefined with this flatbed printer.
The 3.2 x 2 meter (126” x 80”) bed size of the VK3220T-HS furthers throughput potential. A seven-zone, user-selectable vacuum system ensures efficient hold-down, no unintended media movement, and easy transitions between jobs. The VK3220T-HS also incorporates a new compact, user-friendly product design. For peace of mind, the VK3220T-HS is engineered to grow with your business; channels can be added after installation, providing the flexibility needed to respond to business demands.
Optional white ink and varnish expand application potential, and with the ability to print on nearly any substrate up to 4″ (10cm) thick, the only limitation is your imagination. Other features include auto height detection, one-touch pin registration, front-to-back and back-to-front printing, water-cooled LED curing technology, and ionization bars – the VK3220T-HS flatbed printer is designed to get jobs out the door faster.
